About the Role
Dream House Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to join our thriving Miramar office. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ homeownership journeys. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and referral partners, guiding borrowers through the mortgage process from start to finish, and recommending the most effective financing solutions tailored to their needs.
You will focus on generating new business while working seamlessly with our top-tier support team to ensure every closing is smooth, successful, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, builders, and other referral partners.
- Borrower Guidance: Expertly navigate clients through the entire mortgage lifecycle, answering questions and providing clarity at every step.
- Strategic Advising: Analyze borrower financial profiles to recommend the best and most competitive financing solutions.
- Business Development: Actively generate new business and proactively expand your professional network in the Miramar area.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our dedicated operational and support teams to ensure a frictionless process from application to closing.
